The Bibb County Tax Commissioner’s Office makes no representations whatsoever regarding the condition, or title, of the properties being sold.
Announcements made at the time of sale take precedent over any prior information given.
Auction list is subject to change at any time without notice and properties are subject to being deleted based on administrative and/or legal reasons.
If you are the successful bidder, you will receive a Sheriff’s Tax Sale Deed.
The Tax Commissioner reserves the right to void any sale within 30 days for any administrative or legal reason according to Georgia law.
If you are the successful bidder, you have no rights to the property until you bar the right of redemption a year after the tax sale date. By law, you cannot go onto the property until you bar the right of redemption.
On the day of sale, May 5th, 2020, you, or your representative, will need to provide proof of identification (i.e., picture ID, preferably a driver’s license).
Legal action will be taken against me if I am the successful bidder and fail to pay. I will also be banned from all future Bibb County tax sales.
IF YOU ARE THE SUCCESSFUL BIDDER, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL PROPERTY TAXES AND SOLID WASTE FEES WITH DUE DATES AFTER MAY 5, 2020.
