If I fail to bid the minimum bid on the properties that I put on my registration form at the LBA sale and no one else bids, I am legally responsible to pay the minimum bid amount to the Bibb County Tax Commissioner or LBA for those properties.
Legal action will be taken against me if I am the successful bidder and fail to pay. I will also be banned from all future Bibb County sales.
